Staying: Please book your accommodations as soon as possible as the Oregon Coast is very busy this time of year!!! There are rooms held at Salishan Resort & Spa until 07.10.08. Call the reservation number (1-800-452-2300) and mention you are with the Macy/Gustafson wedding. Additionally, there are many houses in the Gleneden Beach area for a variety of prices.

This is website I found all the links below and many more. Look at the blue box on the side. When looking for houses please know that Lincoln City has five "neighborhoods." Roads End is way on the north end of town. Although its more upscale, navigating back and forth maybe quite hectic with weekend traffic. You will want to be no further north than Nelscott, which spans to mid-town by the mall.

Driving: Please know that the best time to travel to the Coast on a summer weekend is early in the morning or later after dinner. This goes for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Allow for plenty of time to get places. The outlet mall in Lincoln City and the Casino in Grand Ronde presents many traffic and accident issues.
Things to do: Art galleries, The Oregon Coast Aquarium, The Beach, Massage, Tanger Outlet Mall, drink at the Rogue Brewery, shop Old Town Newport & watch the sea lions, go through Ripley's Believe It or Not, and gamble at Chinook Winds Casino, quaint coastal town of Depoe bay.
